Duke Energy Smart $aver

The first step in determining your maximum potential for energy savings is to conduct an energy audit of your facility. This professional audit comes at no cost and will allow us to designate the energy solutions necessary to benefit you and your facility. A typical audit will consist of the following:

  • Short walk-through of your facility (1-2 hours depending on size).
  • Collection of data; including photographs of lighting and electrical panels.
  • Review of your electrical system.
  • Collecting your energy bills from the previous 12-months.

When the audit has concluded, we will put together an in-depth proposal displaying the areas of your facility that have potential for savings (customized rates will be included).
